Refund Policy 

Due to the custom and handmade nature of Nautical Gemss jewelry, all custom or personalized pieces are final sale and non-refundable.

For non-custom items, returns may be accepted within 7–14 days of delivery, provided the item is unused, unworn, and in its original packaging. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrives damaged or defective.

If your item arrives damaged, please contact nauticalgemss@gmail.com within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the item and packaging.

Refunds (if approved) will be issued to the original payment method. Shipping fees are non-refundable.
